Their wines are made exclusively from handpicked grapes grown in their own vineyard in the Wairau Valley. The winery focuses on three main grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, all of which are classic Champagne clones. The wines are handcrafted using the finest first press juice, and traditional fermentation methods, ensuring a perfect balance of elegance and finesse.
No.1 Family Estate produces a signature range that includes a non-vintage Blanc de Blancs, Rosé, and a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, as well as vintage wines crafted only in the best years.
