This 140 year old winery only makes rose so all their focus and dedication in the vineyard and winery goes into this outstanding rosé. From a classic blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault.

Refreshingly pale, dry and light – this is quintessential Provence Rosé from a lovely vintage for this style. The beautiful thing is not only the delicate fruit and refreshing acidity but the weighty, balanced palate. In other words it is deceptively sophisticated wine – for anyone, that is, who is not satisfied with it being merely gorgeous to drink.

"Another classic and enticing expression from the AIX stable. Fresh red apple and yellow plum scents laced with a granitic minerality and peach. It’s also floral and delicate. Crisp and dry, salivating and tense, flavours mirror the bouquet with peach and plum then citrus and floral contrasts. Balanced and well made, dry on the finish with fine tannins for added texture. Best drinking from day of purchase through end of summer 2027."
