Vino Fino runs weekly wine tastings most Tuesdays at 6.00 pm at our Christchurch store on Durham Street.
These informal tastings cover a variety of themes and include visiting winemakers, special focus tastings highlighting a varietal or new arrivals.
All you need is to be able to enjoy wine!
Bookings (email or in person – sorry not online) are required for these – Credit card details required at the time of booking, with payment on the night.
Please advise if not attending as we usually have a waiting list.
Note we accept cancellations up until 5pm the day before the tasting, otherwise, the card will be charged for any “no shows” Thank you.

It has been quite some time since we hosted a Yalumba tasting – in fact, the first since 2020, when Jess Hill-Smith was here a matter of days prior to the first Covid Lockdown. This year Yalumba celebrates its 175th anniversary, and to mark this special occasion we have for the first time Yalumba’s Louisa Rose.
Although still a winemaker at Yalumba, in 2023, Louisa retired as Head of Winemaking and took on a new role of Head of Sustainability and Brand Ambassador for the winery. Louisa has been at Yalumba since 1992 and has carved a reputation as one of the world’s leading winemakers and innovators.
Tonight, Louisa will share her passion for Yalumba and its wines, focusing on Viognier, Grenache, Cabernet and Shiraz.
