"Ripe nectarine, elderflower, bay leaf and bright florals with a hint of spicy white pepper. Ripe stonefruits, lime sorbet, crushed dill and a tight riverstone minerality balance with a crisp, elegant long finish.
Fruit harvested from three distinct vineyard sites was gently destemmed and pressed with freerun and pressings fractions separated. A selection of Austrian aromatic yeast strains were fermented at cool temperatures to enhance varietal character. Maturation on light lees for 3 months to create texture and mouthfeel before careful blending of the 6 unique components."
