"White peach, ripe nectarine and apricot notes before a long elegant finish with vibrant acidity and minerality.

A single vineyard fruit parcel was gently pressed to tank retaining only freerun and light pressing juice fractions, gentle fining and light settling was completed prior to racking and recombining portions for ferment. Fermented with cool selected aromatic yeast strains to retain varietal intensity and character. Matured on light lees for 5 months."

"I do like Albariño, and this is a lovely example with a core of white peach and citrus, a backbone of acidity that delivers power and texture, crunch and salinity. Additional flavours of grapefruit and apple with a squeeze of lime add breadth and reflect the vintage well. A wine for summer 2024 and through 2027+. Great with all sorts of seafood and salads. "
