A bright and expressive Riesling with aromas of fresh apple, yellow grapefruit and white flowers, layered with a subtle flinty note. The palate is juicy and finely balanced, with lively acidity, ripe citrus fruit and a gently textured, refreshing finish.
Sourced from high-quality vineyard sites around Deidesheim, Forst and Ruppertsberg, including Reiterpfad, Kalkofen and Kieselberg. The wine is fermented spontaneously and matured partly in large oak barrels, adding depth and texture while preserving its vibrant Riesling character.
Winery notes (2024 Vintage)
"Our interpretation of a full-bodied Riesling from the Mittelhaardt. The grapes come from our vineyards in Deidesheim and Ruppertsberg. Half of the wine ferments and matures in wooden barrels and half in stainless steel. Multi-layered and savoury, with cool freshness, juicy white fruit and great drinking pleasure – that is our WIN WIN Riesling."

92/100 David Walker Bell, WineFolio.co.nz (2022 Vintage)
"An entry-level wine from a top producer, using fruit from some outstanding stony-soil vineyard sites such as Reiterpfad and Kieselberg. A pale straw colour in the glass. Fresh and vibrant scents of lime, mandarin, apple, honey, white pepper and lemon blossom. A tiny spritz on the tongue, highlighting a stony minerality that runs through the palate. Lush, fleshy fruit give a medium-bodied feel through the middle, with a touch of sweetness lingering. Fine acidity keeps the wheels turning and heads into a very long, clean finish."
