Will Lyons-Bowman is the name behind the Vita label. Some of you may have seen Will whipping up some delicious food at Lillies, amongst other food ventures, but he is also a very talented winemaker. It's his passion for wine that shines through here!

Only the second release of this firm staff favourite, Kisses is an utterly delicious Pet-Nat (Sparkling Wine) that is made in extremely tiny quantities. We have managed to secure a few cases to drink with gusto on these final lingering summer days! Grab some before the staff here drink it all!

Winery notes (2024 Vintage)
"Made from certified organic Pinot Noir from the Terrace Edge Vineyard in Waipara, North Canterbury. Pinot Noir (10/5 clone) was direct pressed to barrels for natural fermentation and on lees for 10 months before being bottled for secondary fermentation.

Kisses has a heart of bright and juicy acidity, accentuating its red summer fruits and is cloaked in a soft and alluring savoury complexity."

  • I had been searching for a very specific wine and I finally found it here. Not only did they have the wine I was searching for, they had a beautiful collection of other wines.     Possibly the best wine shop in New Zealand. I've been coming here for 11+ years. Excellent, interesting wines at a range of price points; friendly, personal and knowledgeable service. If the wall of Sauv Blanc, Pinot Gris, Shiraz and Pinot Noir at the supermarket doesn't do it for you, you need to sign up for Vino Fino's email. They work hard to get sharp prices on very good wines.

    An amazing selection of wine from pretty much all over the planet! Price are decent too and for sure if you are good at spotting the right wine can get some amazing wines to a more than fair price! Parking is a bit of an issue but worst come to worst can park at the south city carpark and walk 100m!
