"Aroma – Papaya, green melon, refreshing cucumber. Palate – Almond corneal, lemon, salt, cream, chalky tannins, finely structured.
With minimal intervention winemaking, this Sauvignon Blanc was naturally fermented and aged for 16 months on yeast less in concrete egg tank and clay amphora. Unfined and unfiltered with low sulphur, the wine was then aged in bottle for a further 14 months before release."

"Fantastic bouquet driven by layers of complexity from citrus fruits and wild peach to a natural lees quality. Lots of vibrato and captivating scents, gun flint and white spice, lees and white earth-soil-smoke. Dry and delicious on the palate with a great personality and style, citrus and apple, grapefruit and lees, white fleshed stone fruits and a fine leesy white spice quality. Well made, lengthy and very modern. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2029."
