Named after the Redwood Pass that connects Marlborough's Wairau and Awatere Valleys, The Pass Sauvignon Blanc is part of the Foley Wine Group portfolio (Mt. Difficulty, Roaring Meg, Te Kairanga, Vavasour, Martinborough Vineyards and more) which means it can draw fruit from some excellent vineyards and winemaking facilities to produce a wine that belies its price point.

"There’s no mistaking the power and pungency of this example, passionfruit and green mango, cape gooseberry and citrus peel all front up for attention. There’s a light fresh green herb quality then some wet pebble or mineral quality. Crisp and just dry on the palate with a saline backbone of acidity framing flavours that mirror the bouquet. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from day of purchase through January 2027."
