As the back label says, "The rugged landscape of Central Otago is synonymous with stunning lake vistas, golden poplars and sublime Pinot Gris". We'd have to agree. Made in a dry style and given some oak ageing, this wine from grapes grown around Wanaka, has a real burst of golden autumn fruits.

"The Lakes, masterfully crafted from hand picked grapes, grown on premium sites near Lake Wanaka. Skilled winemaking combines the separate components to retain bright, lively fruit complexity. This wine boasts and aromatic complexity. This wine boasts an aromatic array of ripe pear, honeysuckle & quince all leading to a long rich palate with a touch of spice and a hint of nougat."
