Just dry on the palate with acidity driving the bit, crunch and dryness messages. Flavours reflect the bouquet with pomaceous fruits and a light white pepper spice quality. Balanced and well made with best drinking from day of purchase through 2028."

Terrace Edge is a (Chapman) family owned and (whole family) operated organic vineyard and olive grove overlooking the Waipara River from its south bank.
Like so many other Waipara Valley growers, grape types have been matched to growing locations that will bring out the best in its qualities, with the 'healthy-soil-first' ethos framing the whole enterprise.
Besides wine, Terrace Edge also grows olives in groves planted by the Chapmans when they converted their property from a sheep farm.
Visitors can book wine and food experiences at the Terrace Edge Tasting Room and take part in a masterclass of wine and food pairing.
