"Juicy blue fruits, leafy tobacco, violets, and orange blossom notes all emerge from the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Cs and it's medium to full-bodied, has a beautifully balanced, fruit-forward style, no hard edges, and a great finish. It's no simple fruit bomb and has notable structure, ripe tannins, and outstanding length. It reminds me of a top Cru Bourgeois from Bordeaux and represents a stunning value. Drink it over the coming 7-8 years. Drink: 2021-2028."

"A very, very unusual nose for a Cabernet Sauvignon! Very floral; like burying your nose in a freshly picked posy of violets, peonies and irises. Candied flowers, cherry jelly, sweet-mint jam, smoky red wine gums. Creamy strawberry-ripe fruit, an undercurrent of coffee crème pâtissière and walnuts. A wine that somehow makes me think of panettone stuffed with maraschino cherries, stollen, and something that reminds me a teeny bit of Lillet Rouge. Slim, super-supple tannins – they feel as if they come dressed in tight red leather! A finish with the kind of cool-hot sensation you get from sucking hard on two Fisherman's Friends at once. Different. I would never recognise this as Cabernet Sauvignon blind. But quite fun for pairing with rare lamb served with a sweet mint jelly, or with beef ribs in a demerara-coffee-chilli rub."

"Currants, flowers and walnuts on the nose. Medium-bodied with a pretty core of fruit and fine tannins and a crisp finish. Lead pencil. Fresh. Compact. Delicate and delicious. Enjoy."

"Deep, ruby-black, lighter ruby on the rim. The nose is attractive with concentration, aromas of cassis, blackberry and ripe plum melded with sweet vanilla, cedar and an amalgam of spice. Full-bodied, succulent cassis, blackberry and plum aromas have a vibrant core, interweaved vanilla, cinnamon, cloves and cedar. The fruit has a great balance of ripeness and vibrancy, supported by a juicy acid line. Ripe tannins contribute a chewy texture and grip to the mouthfeel and structure. This Cabernet Sauvignon shows generous, succulent fruit and a structured mouthfeel with spice and cedar details. Match with ribeye steak and braised brisket over the next 5 years. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, 100% whole berry fermented with native yeast, 35 days maceration, aged 11 months in barrels, 50% new oak. 14% alc."
