Biodynamically grown by The Wrekin vineyard in Marlborough. Hand picked and hand destemmed Pinot noir. Clones: Abel & 10/5. Wild fermented in stainless steel and pressed off mid ferment and finished in tank to retain freshness. Certified organic fruit. Unfined. Unfiltered. Vegan. Minimal sulphites added at bottling. Bottled under cork and wax."

"Pale, clear garnet. Candied cherry and raspberry nose with a light dusting of icing sugar and horopito. The palate echoes the nose, adding a vibrant, zingy root beer flavour as the fruit explodes across the palate. Show-stopping intensity with very fine tannin, this is somewhere between a light red and the most flavoursome dry rosé you have ever had. A clean, New Wave 'vin de soif' which is at its best lightly chilled. There is ample concentration and substance here to reward those adventurous enough to cellar it for a few years."
