"Shingleback Davey Estate wines capture the genuine and enduring character of the McLaren Vale region in South Australia. Situated between the hills and the sea, lies our Davey Estate Vineyard.

Deep red wine with hints of purple, and a generous, luscious, deep Christmas cake fruit flavours, underling blackberry and forest floor earthy tones and highly approachable. Silky velvet tannins complement the flavour profile providing a length and persistence characterised by McLaren Vale Shiraz.

Maturation for an average of 13 months in new – 6 year old fine-grained American and French oak hogsheads softens, enhances & integrates the fruit & structural components of the wine."
