"The 2023 Seifried Nelson Riesling has beautiful tangerine blossom and candied peel notes on the nose. e palate has a lovely intensity and palate weight. e oral elements, sherbet and well balanced acidity run through the palate leaving a long citrus mineral finish on the wine.

Delicate fruit flavours and aromas were retained from the vineyard using careful canopy management and the grapes were picked at optimal ripeness in good condition. Fruit was de-stemmed and pressed immediately a er harvest and a cool fermentation was initiated in stainless steel tanks to retain the clean aromatic fruit characters. e wine was blended and stabilised in June 2023."

"Pristine and fabulously aromatic, the bouquet shows Gala apple, nectarine, lemon sorbet and white floral aromas, followed by a mouth-watering palate that's filled with juicy fruit flavours. It's bright and vibrant with subtle sweetness backed by zesty acidity, making it fabulously drinkable. Style: Medium-dry. At its best: now to 2030."
