Light spice runs across the mid-palate, carrying a burst of supple tannins that linger on the finish."

"This wine is fresh and vibrant, with aromas of baked black cherry, strawberry-rhubarb jelly and dried sage. Other notes waft through, including blackberry confiture, black tea and allspice. Layers of mocha, sweet cigar, chicory and minerality lead to a dry, supple finish. Pair with mole."
