"This full-bodied Cabernet has a bouquet of black briary fruit, pepper, cassis and juniper, hints of cigar box with the palate delivering cherry chocolate and length with mint and cefary tannins. Fermented in static fermenters with gentle pump overs each day. Each parcel was then pressed, settled and matured with a selection French oak prior to being blended."
