Winery notes (2024 Vintage)
"It has a pale lemon hue. Opulently scented, the nose unfurls in waves of citrus, floral and tropical tones. A surge of mandarin spray, pineapple, honeydew melon, and citrus blossom, ebbs to reveal an undercurrent of green apple, kaffir lime leaf and oriental spice, drifting over a steely mineral floor. The palate is rich yet precise, a textured mouthfeel and charming sweetness balanced by appetising acidity and well pitched phenolics. This is an elegant and stylised wine, crisp and structural, with a long, resonant finish.
Cooler and windier conditions during Spring meant lower crop levels, keeping fruit thinning to a minimum. The weather gods then handed us the opposite during Summer, with a warm and settled state prevailing, so this smaller crop was able to mature beautifully. Autumn was similarly favourable, allowing each variety to be picked at its optimum ripeness. Our 2024 harvest saw smaller yields across the board, but as a result we were blessed with intense fruit flavour and concentration, delivering some outstanding wine."

5 Stars & 95/100 Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, August 2024 (2023 Vintage)
"Gorgeously fruited and instantly appealing, the wine shows golden apple, marmalade, warm spice, grapefruit, and flinty notes. It's followed by a wonderfully flavoursome palate filled with succulent fruit intensity. Attractive sweetness and beautifully infused acidity complement it, making it highly enjoyable. Style: Medium. At its best: now to 2035."
Rated Excellent & 94/100 Cameron Douglas MS, August 2024 (2023 Vintage)
"The bouquet is quite closed, yet still variety with a lifted bouquet of white flowers, blossoms, and scents of citrus, and orange blossom. A just off-dry wine touches the palate with a backbone of acidity and core flavours that mirror the bouquet, the volume is tuned up, flavors of citrus and apple, lees and a natural white spice quality before the floral scents and orange peel qualities return. Lengthy, elegant and ready, a wine that will also age well. best drinking from day or purchase through 2035."
5 Stars Michael Cooper (2023 Vintage)
"Based on mature vines and stop fermented in a distinctly medium style, this classic wine breaks into full stride at about three years old and can mature well for over a decade. The 2023 vintage is already delicious. Bright, light lemon/green, it is attractively scented and finely poised, with rich, vigorous, peachy, citrusy flavours, gentle sweetness, good acid spine, and lovely vibrancy, depth and harmony."
