"A complex perfume of apple blossom, nashi pear, nutmeg, star jasmine and orange zest. Dry and textured with crystalline purity, the palate overflows with spiced apples and pears, finishing long, clean and fresh with a refreshing acid line.

The fruit was harvested and had 3 hours of skin contact to aid in the extraction of aroma and flavour. The three portions were gently pressed to separate stainless steel tanks. Fermentation was stopped at 3.5g/L of residual sugar to add some weight."

"Lots of mineral and earth smoke with soil scents of stone and clay then fruits of pear and apple, flowers and white spice, a touch of cinnamon and lots of lees. Dry and delicious, a wine of texture and substance, length and flavour. White fleshed fruits white nectarine, apple and pear, medium+ acid line and plenty of length. A well made wine well suited to food or on its own. best drinking from 2025 through 2029."
