Winery notes (2024 Vintage)
"Complex aromas of ripe stone fruits, such as nectarine and white peach with hints of brioche and nuttiness. The palate is dry and medium bodied with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel coupled with vibrant acidity and a touch of spice on the finish. A real crowd pleaser.
Gentle pressing after hand and machine picking. A mixture of natural and inoculated yeast fermentation. 1 month of lees stirring post alcoholic ferment. Natural malolactic ferment through spring. 50% Barrel fermentation. 10% new barriques. 50% Stainless steel fermentation."
5 Stars & 93/100 Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, March 2026 (2024 Vintage)
"Beautifully fruited and inviting, the bouquet shows ripe peach, pineapple, vanilla, and roasted nut aromas, leading to a silky-smooth palate that's creamy and lingering. Splendidly styled and expressed with a flavoursome finish. At its best: now to 2028."
90/100 Cameron Douglas MS, April 2026 (2024 Vintage)
"A ripe and fruity, varietal and fresh expression of Chardonnay with aromas and flavours of sweet citrus and white peach, some vanilla and baking spice qualities and clay earthy suggestions. A dry wine with a core of stone fruits and citrus flavours laced with spice and some floral ideas. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2029."
