Winery notes (2023 Vintage)
"Elegant with a touch of sass, how rosé should be. Balletic and enticing, this rosé is modern, dry and mouth filling. A beautiful collision of pomegranate, sea spray and white pepper. Refreshing acidity gives serious second glass appeal. An enchanting and sophisticated rosé.
Rosé is all about enjoyment. Although a serious wine, it is not intimidating or excluding. A drink that welcomes all who indulge. A drink that makes us say – yum. Submerge a bottle of Neudorf Tiritiri Rosé in ice, add kingfish sashimi, good conversation, and go forth."

"Crafted by winemaker Todd Stevens, this wild-fermented rosé is unfined and has a teensy lick of strawberries and cream on the palate from a splash of malolactic fermentation. So it’s got a lot going on, so if you’re hunting for a simple style then punch into reverse and drive out of this crunchy-fresh cul-de-sac. With aromas of wild raspberry and heirloom apple, a palate that’s richly structured and a long, generously dry finish, this wine makes my mouth water."

"I love the bouquet of this wine with a distinctive rose-hip chilled tea and exotic flowers scents, these translate to palate and meld with flavours of peach and nectarine, tropical fruits and iced-tea flavours. The lees and acidity layer in texture while the fine fruit tannins deliver mouthfeel. A delicious and serious wine not to be missed. Best drinking from 2024 through end of summer 2026."

"Neudorf wines are always class acts. The 100% Pinot Noir Tiritiri rosé delivers a lovely burst of fragrance and flavour, with strawberry yogurt, watermelon, spice and floral notes. Dry but rich in fruit, it has a generous, textural palate with enough phenolic grip and moderate acidity to add structure and food friendliness."

"Made from Pinot Noir – clone 777 – in Moutere, Nelson. A pale watermelon pink in the glass. Aromas of pomegranate, raspberry, redcurrant, peach and peppery spice on the nose. A bright, salty acidity leads the palate, lending a lightness of touch. Dry and quite taut – the balance and poise here is quite elegant. I detect just a touch of barrel component in some weight and depth as you take a second sip – mouth-filling and textural. The finish has a nibble of phenolic tannin and great clarity with a sustained length."
