Winery notes (2025 Vintage)
"The 2025 release clocks over a decade of crafting this irresistible, sun-soaked Albariño – still utterly moreish, still mouthwatering, still our unofficial taste of summer. Think warm evenings, bare feet, and salt on your skin. A lifted nose of lime zest, sea spray and that first breath when you step onto the beach. The palate echoes the aromatics, woven together with bright, crystalline acidity that gives the wine its signature savoury edge.
As a faithful dirty martini drinker, this wine continues to spark disproportionate joy. Hints of oyster shell, fresh fennel and a cool, saline minerality glide through the glass, all wrapped in a dreamy, sun-drenched haze. There’s beautiful form here – poised, graceful, quietly luxurious."
Rated Excellent & 93/100 Cameron Douglas MS, December 2025 (2025 Vintage)
"Delicious, fresh, youthful, fruity saline and new. A wine for Summer drinking with a core of yellow stone fruits and citrus, mandarin and orange, peach and lemon peel. The saline effect salivates the palate along with a backbone of natural acidity. Well made, balanced and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2028+."

"This is delicious! Waxy and refreshing white wine, just shy of medium weight but plenty of character and personality. Candied mixed peel, Bickford’s Lime Cordial, ginger, green almond, cucumber, tonic water. So lively and fresh, but yet a depth to texture. This is one to shout from the rooftops about interest and drinkability, and yet somewhat an unassuming wine. It sits in upper tiers for character and delight for me."
93/100 Stephen Wong MW, The Real Review, August 2025 (2024 Vintage)
"Pale lemon. Delicate layers of apple blossom, orange peel, pithy lemon and sea shell lift off the glass, accompanied by a hint of white pepper. The palate is elegant, linear and energetic, holding a sliver of off-dry sweetness throughout, which emphasises concentrated orange fruit against the sweeping backdrop of chalky phenolics, zesty, saline acidity and finishing almost dry with a satisfying chew. Ripe, long and intense while being light on its feet, this finely-structured, beautifully balanced juicy albariño will evolve from its fresh, floral salty flavours to something more honeyed and weighty in the mid-term if that is your preference. Great food wine."
