"A richly expressive Chenin Blanc showing ripe tropical fruit notes of green mango, pineapple, and kiwi, layered with subtle varietal nuances of straw and lanolin. Delicate meadow honey florals add aromatic lift, while the palate is full and Textural.
Fruit was hand picked from the Long Gully vineyard. The juice was handled in a reductive fashion throughout processing. The wine was racked clean with 40% fermented in a concrete egg with indigenous yeast for weight and texture, with the balance cool fermented in Stainless Steel to retain the purity of the Chenin Blanc fruit. The warmer season, with slightly lower acidities, dictated the style in which we made the wine, resulting in a drier style this year with a gentle sweetness at 16g/L."
We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.
Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process based off your address post code. Please ensure you choose the correct post code. We will advise you if you have chosen the incorrect post code.
You may also choose to 'pick up' your order from our wine shop at 188 Durham Street South, Christchurch.

Note, for orders of 1 - 2 bottles we charge an additional $6 for packaging. To ensure the safety of the bottles we use specially designed posting boxes.
