"Nina 2023 has aromas of white blossom and honey. A concentrate wine, perfectly balanced with a lingering palate of pears, white peaches and marmalade. Limited Edition. Enjoy – Salute!

Nina contains 100% Riesling fruit, and is only produced in years that natural botrytis occurs. Each grape cluster is carefully chosen and picked by hand to ensure that the best botrytis berries are selected. Our 2023 vintage contains 60% botrytis affected fruit."

"A totally delicious wine with aromas and flavours of sweet limes and white peaches, there’s honeyed fruit and honeysuckle and a mineral quality. Sweet, silk-cream texture with a core of ripe, citrus and stone fruit flavours, some apple and honeyed fruits. Contrasting acidity delivers backbone as well as carrying and depositing all the attributes through the palate. Excellent with roasted salmon as much as it is with cheeses and dessert. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030."
