""Du Champ" in French translates "of the field." Skin fermented field blend of 62% Viognier + 38% Pinot Gris. Certified organic/biodynamic fruit.
Hand harvested. Fruit was destemmed into open top stainless steel fermenter where it underwent wild fermentation utilising a vineyard ferment starter (pied du cuve). 28 days on skins before being pressed to neutral oak barrels. After spending 9.5 months in barrel, the wine was racked to tank to be assembled & settled for approx. 3 weeks before being bottled unfined & unfiltered with no SO2 or additions of any kind. This wine loves oxygen & will only get better the longer it is open. Serve slightly chilled."
We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.
Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process based off your address post code. Please ensure you choose the correct post code. We will advise you if you have chosen the incorrect post code.
You may also choose to 'pick up' your order from our wine shop at 188 Durham Street South, Christchurch.

Note, for orders of 1 - 2 bottles we charge an additional $6 for packaging. To ensure the safety of the bottles we use specially designed posting boxes.
