"Immense typicity here, guava, melon and gooseberry notes abound on the nose. Rich and full, the wine hums Sauvignon Blanc. It is rich, ripe and full with a drying end. Drink now or will cellar well.

The grapes for this wine were sourced from the Montanne vineyard in Patutahi, Gisborne, where this Sauvignon Blanc was grown using dry farming techniques and this was the first crop off these vines. Traditionally these are one of the first Sauvignon Blanc vines in the region to be harvested each year. The fruit was harvested in good condition with a great flavour, sugar and acid balance."

"There’s no mistaking the variety with this wine – potent and pungent with fresh citrus and topical fruit flavours, fresh herbs and earth spices. The biggest impact is on the palate with a laser strike of acidity, contrasting core fruits flavours of citrus and tropical then hay and herbs. Youthful and vibrant with best drinking from late 2024 through 2028."
