"Passamante is a wood bordering our Negroamaro vineyards. The name has ancient origins and evokes a place of hiding for lovers, away from prying eyes. This Mediterranean maquis includes pine trees, broom, holm oaks, carobs, myrtle and juniper which yield notes and aromas that blend harmoniously with the organoleptic properties of the wine.
Beautiful ruby red in colour, with distinctive aromas of ripe plum, blackberry, blackcurrant but also leather and sweet violet. Full-bodied in the mouth but never tiring, silky tannin and lingering taste reminiscent of licorice and coffee.
This wine is produced both with grapes from our newest vineyards and in part from our best alberello crus. Compared to Primonero it has a more complex and richer taste. It is an everyday wine that can be easily paired with elaborate dishes."
We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.
Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process based off your address post code. Please ensure you choose the correct post code. We will advise you if you have chosen the incorrect post code.
You may also choose to 'pick up' your order from our wine shop at 188 Durham Street South, Christchurch.

Note, for orders of 1 - 2 bottles we charge an additional $6 for packaging. To ensure the safety of the bottles we use specially designed posting boxes.
