"In Te Reo Maori, Waihonga translates to nectar. The 2025 Waihonga comes from the Osawa Vineyard in Hawkes Bay. Organically farmed, hand picked, 17 days on skins.

This wine has a gorgeous Amber colour, unfiltered & unfined some natural sediment from the fermentation lees. Stonefruit aromas of peach & apricot, tangerine, nougat and kawakawa spice. It has a textured and silky palate with a rich honey like richness."

"A complex wine with a bouquet of wild flowers and lees, raspberry leaf and red apple, apricot stone and wild peach. A satin-silk touch on the palate then contrasting textures from acidity and fine tannins layer in a soft mealy mouthfeel. Dry on the finish, warm and generous, flavours repeat adding length and complexities. A modern wine and an example of the potential of where wine can take the taster on a journey of discovery."
