Winery notes (2022 Vintage)
"The Barossa Ink Cabernet Sauvignon is intensely deep red with purple hues. The bouquet is rich with blackcurrant, mint and dark chocolate. The textural palate has fine tannins, and excellent persistence with intense chocolate and berry flavours. A deeply coloured wine with great depth and varietal definition."

"An intense and opulent Barossa wine jam packed with blackcurrant, dark chocolate and espresso flavours. Big, bold & generous with immediate appeal. Amazing wine and amazing value."
90/100 Cameron Douglas MS, June 2022 (2020 Vintage)
"Aromas of blackberries and roasted plums, toasty wood and and a burnt nut quality. A core of mid-palate dark fruit flavours of plum and blackberry, some brown sugar and toasty wood flavours, vanilla and some wood smoke. Fine easy tannins and moderate acid line make for an immediately drinkable expression and primed for parining with your favourite protein rich food. Best drinking from day of purchase and through 2026."

"It is impressively fruited on the nose showing fabulous aromas of cassis, mixed berry compote, cocoa, cedar and cigar, leading to a succulent palate that is beautifully weighted and supple. The wine delivers loads of delectable fruit flavours with subtle spicy nuances, wonderfully framed by polished tannins."
