"With a rich history & highly regarded reputation, the Galway Pipe name is synonymous with premium Australian fortified wine. Our 25 YO is an exceptional step-up with unparalleled structure & depth, making use of highly limited parcels of aged tawny, some parcels exceeding 25 years old. Only 1,000 cases produced each year.

Fermented and aged in oak for an average of 25 years this wine is a deep tawny colour. It has a layered aroma of raisins, grilled nuts and fruit cake. The palate is defined by rich and intricate complexity with pronounced flavours of caramelised toffee, dried fruit and vanillin oak, finishing with immense length and intensity
