Concentrated flavours and ripe, fresh acid create a beautifully balanced expression of low alcohol Riesling. This wine is sweet but the balance as such is that it appears much drier. It is intense and has an ethereal length and cleansing finish that displays all the complexities that make Riesling such a great variety.
Winery notes (2024 Vintage)
"The nose is abundant with notes of freshly squeezed lime, white nectarine, crunchy apple and white blossoms. On the palate the vibrant, concentrated and juicy fruit notes meld with a luscious sweetness, balanced by refreshing and mouthwatering acidity, and a subtle chalky minerality.
The perfect wine for summer, it makes an elegant aperitif, perfectly at home with sweet and savoury canapes. Try with strawberries, or with fresh figs and blue cheese. If you are looking for something more substantial, it’s hard to go wrong with pad Thai with prawns."

"Concentrated dessert riesling with lime zest, mineral and white flower flavours. The wine has exquisite sweet-and-sour tension and a lingering finish. A serious spätlese style at a bargain price."
5 Stars & 95/100 Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, October 2021 (2021 Vintage)
"It's fabulously restrained and elegant with crunchy apple, nectarine, lemon curd and flinty aromas on the nose, leading to a brilliantly fine palate offering seductive sweetness and racy acidity, finishing persistent and mouth-watering. Excellent tension and drive. Certified organic. At its best: 2024 to 2034."
