"A refreshing, fruity and exotic fruits bouquet with aromas of white nectarine and green pear, white spice and apricot stone, there’s a fine lees quality adding breadth and enticement. Youthful, fresh and reflecting both varieties. Silky textures touch the palate first with layers of spice and warmth from the alcohol then flavours of white fleshed fruits. Spices and warming alcohol build in weight while acidity offers contrast and freshness. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from 2022 through 2026+."

Elephant Hill hand picks their grapes for the purpose of extreme selectivity.
They have their own state-of-the-art biological water treatment system, allowing them to recycle winery waste water back into clean water.
Elephant Hill enjoys a wide range of terroirs across its three Hawke's Bay vineyards, including ancient stony river beds, shingle and clay. These soil types and micro climates provides single-vineyard wines and complex blending options.
The Vineyards span renowned Hawke's Bay sub-regions:
- Te Awanga Vineyard (coastal)
- Gimblett Vineyard in the Gimblett Gravels wine district (inland)
- The Triangle Vineyard in the Bridge Pa Triangle region
