"Our signature aromatic white blend returns for the 2021 vintage. This wine has a lovely bouquet of white peach and pear, hints of a floral aroma, layered with mineral with a fresh palate. A beautiful wine which can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with seafood or asian dishes."

"A refreshing, fruity and exotic fruits bouquet with aromas of white nectarine and green pear, white spice and apricot stone, there’s a fine lees quality adding breadth and enticement. Youthful, fresh and reflecting both varieties. Silky textures touch the palate first with layers of spice and warmth from the alcohol then flavours of white fleshed fruits. Spices and warming alcohol build in weight while acidity offers contrast and freshness. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from 2022 through 2026+."

"A white wine made from Pinot Gris and Viognier grapes – these blends are all too rare in New Zealand – Elephant Hill describing it as ‘our signature aromatic white blend’. A pale lemon-silver in the glass, with an enticing bouquet of pear, apricot, honey, baking spice, mandarin and a top note of jasmine florals. Fresh, youthful and succulent – a smidge of fruit sweetness is evident on first sip. Bright acidity heightens the mood, mingling with a chalky minerality and the plush fruit to create an ‘al dente’ balance through the palate. Hints of ginger, lychee and white pepper add complexity, into a textural silkiness, and then on to a spicy, fresh finish."

Elephant Hill is located in sunny Hawke's Bay on the eastern side of the North Island, taking full advantage of the warmth provided by high sunshine hours and low rain fall.

Elephant Hill hand picks their grapes for the purpose of extreme selectivity.

They have their own state-of-the-art biological water treatment system, allowing them to recycle winery waste water back into clean water.

Elephant Hill enjoys a wide range of terroirs across its three Hawke's Bay vineyards, including ancient stony river beds, shingle and clay. These soil types and micro climates provides single-vineyard wines and complex blending options.

The Vineyards span renowned Hawke's Bay sub-regions:
- Te Awanga Vineyard (coastal)
- Gimblett Vineyard in the Gimblett Gravels wine district (inland)
- The Triangle Vineyard in the Bridge Pa Triangle region
