"Whole bunch pressed straight to barrel – No added enzymes, SO2 or yeasts. Wild natural fermentation, followed by 100% Malolactic fermentation. SO2 added post Malo. Lees stirred at the on-set of malolactic fermentation and left to settle for 9 months in Damy 3yr Air-dried barrels and 500L Puncheon of Medium long toast. Assembled and racked to tank for settling, where it naturally settled for 2 months to allow bottling unfiltered."

"Tasted over two days this wine is a gem with aromas and flavours of pomaceous fruits and pineapple, the vineyard source reveals a fine line of mineral and salinity with a leesy frame and plenty of acidity for bite and freshness. A satin, almost silky touch with distinctive phenolics and power, little to no oak. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2029."
We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.

You may also choose to 'pick up' your order from our wine shop at 188 Durham Street South, Christchurch.

Note, for orders of 1 - 2 bottles we charge an additional $6 for packaging. To ensure the safety of the bottles we use specially designed posting boxes.
