"There’s no mistaking the core fruits in the bouquet with sweet and sour red cherries, plums and blackberry. The mineral earthy signature of ask and clay then a light aniseed quality. Dry, fruity and softly textured as the wine touches the palate, then a firmer texture begins to develop as the acidity bites. There’s a warm and generous almost port-like quality then fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet, fine tannins and even finish. Bet from day of purchase through 2029."
