Domaine de La Taille Aux Loups is situated not far from Vouvray. Their 45 hectares of vineyards are planted exclusively with Chenin Blanc. Jacky Blot purchased the Domaine in 1989. He was regarded as one of France's most revered and talented winemakers, a pioneer of Loire Chenin Blanc. 

An appetizing white wine that integrates power with finesse. It features notes of yellow apple and mango, infused with salted butter and ginger details. The palate is further enriched with spice, honeysuckle, and mineral elements, culminating in a long finish. It’s a wine that promises a complex taste experience with a balance of vibrant fruit flavours and a structured texture.

"The 2022 Montlouis-sur-Loire Les Hauts de Husseau hails from a site with vines between 80 and 110 years old. It's a finely scented, silken style that provides a mellow sense of effortlessness on the mid-palate before it structures itself toward the close. The chalky nature of the soil provides a fine coating of texture and structure, which adds persistence and line. It finishes long, calm and focused, with notes redolent of pastry, ripe apple and chalky citrus."
