The family estate is in Morey-St-Denis, 15 kilometres south of Dijon, in the prestigious Cote de Nuits appellation. From generation to generation, the domain evolved with a constant concern for the quality and the respect for traditions. He loves to work in the vineyard, with minimal intervention in the cellar, in order to reveal the terroir of individual sites.
The wines show a deft touch with a depth of fruit and style expressing a real sense of place. Today, Sebastien Odoul, the third generation, runs 8,5 ha spread through the following villages: Morey-St-Denis, Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny, Vougeot, Vosne-Romanée and Nuits-St-Georges.
The nose offers red and dark berry fruit – raspberries, cherries, pomegranate and boysenberries – oak a bit forward currently but with some airing, it integrates well. On the palate lovely deep and juicy fruit, generous and transparent with a fine expression of Chambolle terroir.
We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.
