100% Chardonnay, Methode traditionelle, 24 months sur lattes, zero dosage. Nose of yeast and apricots. Toasted hazelnuts, yeast and caramelised pastries, but amazingly light and ethereal, leaving my palate clean and fresh and immediately wanting to take another sip.

While not having the persistent bubble and line of Champagne, it’s definitely reminiscent of the oxidative style of contemporary grower Champagnes – but at less than half the price.

We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.
