Domaine des Malandes is a family estate, combining traditional winemaking with the best modern equipment. The care and respect brought to the vinification process, and also to the various locations of the plots, contribute largely to the high quality wines which achieve many International awards.
Lyne Marchive (née Tremblay) has been this 29 hectare domain since 1972, and produces a range of wines that covers the whole spectrum from Petit Chablis up to the two grand crus of Vaudesír and Les Clos, along with the young oenologist – Guenole Breteaudeau – who joined the team in 2006. Her approach, in both the vineyard and the cellar is to respect the environment, to produce wines of quality and typicity.
100% Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Typical expression of Chablis with purity, tension, grapefruits aromas, nice liveliness and a fresh round finish.

"Cool peaches-and-mint nose. Understated and elegant, and like the Petit Chablis, pretty, delicate, and well-formed with perhaps a little more length and tension."
