Jacky Blot was a pioneer in this Part of the Loire Valley and played a major role in elevating the Vouvray appellation and Touraine region to what it is known today. His wines are regarded as some of the best in the world and surely to try once in its life. Purity, complexity elegance, and approachability are only a few superlatives we could use to describe his work.

"Not as extroverted on the nose as their Triple Zero. Ripe yellow pear, honeysuckle, brown butter (from yeast autolysis?). The sweetness is hardly perceptible but gives a rounder, silkier palate than the more linear Triple Zero. Very drinkable."

"The NV Brut Tradition is a light-bodied but well-concentrated sparkling Chenin Blanc. It's a firm, well-balanced style with just 4g/l of residual sugar, lending a serious, vinous character to the wine. Sweet, ripe fruit reminiscent of apple and pear combine with autolysis-derived pastry characters (3 years on lees). The bubbles are very well integrated."
90/100 Wine Spectator (NV)
"A rich, decadent sparkler, with a beautiful array of warm apple and lemon meringue expertly lined with seashell minerality and salty brine. The creamy palate is mouthfilling and veers just off-dry, enlivened by a zing of orange peel acidity and crushed stone. Expressive and balanced, with buttery brioche ringing on the full finish."
