Winery notes (2023 Vintage)
"The 2023 vintage offers beautiful notes of black fruits, garrigue and spices. The mouth is greedy, with a tannic texture present but very fine. The opulent, round finish is undoubtedly charming.
The vineyard is cultivated with the greatest respect for nature and people. The grapes come from 3 terroirs of the northern East side of the Rhone: Rochegude, Suze and Puymeras, some magnificent clay- terroir with deep and very stony soils."

"Juicy and well-made, this showcases red berries, cherries, warm herbs and baking spices on the nose. It has medium to full body and fine tannins. Succulent and persistent with delicious fruit character and plenty of spices, bringing a lift of energy to the finale. Drink or hold."

"A step up from the basic Côte du Rhône, the 2021 La Solitude Côtes du Rhône Villages Reserve emanates from the commune of Rochegude. It shows some lovely rose-like florals, strawberry and raspberry fruit on the nose. It's only medium-bodied but silky in feel and fine and elegant on the lingering finish."
