Born in a 150 years old family of winegrowers, Daniel Dampt is running the 30 hectares of vines, including 16 hectares of Chablis and 14 hectares of Chablis 1er Cru of which in particular of Vaillons, Fourchaume, Côte de Léchet, Les Lys and Beauroy. Daniel Dampt takes care of the whole wine making process, which is a key factor for the quality of the wines. Now, his sons Vincent and Sebastien work on the domaine. After some training periods in New Zealand and Australia, they are the fresh touch with some new ideas.

"Greengage on the nose, smells as if it’s curved. A swoop of a wine, that is rounder and richer than the floral Lys, but it still has chiselled grooves of structure and then something that so reminds me of jacaranda flowers on the road after the rain giving it a finish that is an enthralling combination of floral and geosmin mineral. Gentle and with mouth-watering freshness."
