Winery notes (2021 vintage)
"Light golden colour with fine and elegant bubbles. The nose opens on notes of dried fruit, hazelnut and candied lemon. A light toasted and grilled hint sublimates the wine. The attack is ample and generous with a beautiful evolution. Beautiful aromatic persistence with notes of toasted bread, brioche, dried fruit and candied fruit."
Rated Excellent & 93/100 Cameron Douglas MS, November 2024 (2021 Vintage)
"Golden and yellow hues lead to the bouquet of medium+ intensity led by scents of autolysis and baked goods then fresh and baked apple, pear and some white fleshed stone fruits. As the wine begins to become ambient these scents increase in intensity and power. A nice even explosion on the palate as the mousse is released upon contact with the palate. Flavours of pears and apples are wrapped in the autolysis and acidity. Some toastiness begins to emerge after a couple of minutes and as part of the overall length and finish. Balanced and well made with medium+ length. Rather delicious with best drinking from day of purchase through 2032."
