"Saisons are Wallonian rustic farmhouse ales, traditionally made by farmers for their saisonnier or seasonal farm labourers. Traditionally thirst quenching, we offer a more modern style, higher in strength and flavour. Citron Soleil is a modern interpretation, a stronger full-flavoured brew. A sunny hue, this golden ale has been aged for 2 months in the bottle. We chose a simple grain bill that showcases Gladfield’s superb malts and added lemon zest, white pepper and coriander seed. Paired with floral and citrusy hops, our French saison yeast imparts massive character and a dry finish. A perfect refresher after a hard day in the fields or streets! Salute!
Pale golden, with a fluffy white head. Sweet spicy citrus aromas. Refreshing yet full flavoured, candied lemon with a hint of earthiness, subtle funk farmhouse lemon spice note. Very moreish."
We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.
Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process based off your address post code. Please ensure you choose the correct post code. We will advise you if you have chosen the incorrect post code.
You may also choose to 'pick up' your order from our wine shop at 188 Durham Street South, Christchurch.

Note, for orders of 1 - 2 bottles we charge an additional $6 for packaging. To ensure the safety of the bottles we use specially designed posting boxes.
