The name Cielo e Terra (literally Sky and Land, or Heaven and Earth) recreates a perfect marriage, where Heaven is represented by the family of the same name and the Land is identified with the expert hands of the winegrower partners working in the vineyards that yield these wines.

“3 Passo” means 3 steps to obtain a unique Italian blend, a 3-step winemaking approach based on Italian vocated terroirs, only organic grapes and masterful vegan winemaking.

Chardonnay and Fiano. On the nose, 3 Passo Bianco offers bright aromas of white peach, ripe pear, and citrus, complemented by floral hints of acacia and a touch of Mediterranean herbs. The palate is medium-bodied and balanced, with flavours of stone fruit, lemon zest, and a hint of almond. A refreshing acidity brings lift, while a slight minerality adds complexity, leading to a long, smooth finish with subtle notes of honey and spice.
