"Forthright oak on the nose, the fruit behind it feels pure. The acidity is just about balanced. The blueberry and blackberry fruit is ripe, and the general feel is quite a savoury, almost reserved style of Vinsobres. All whole-bunch fermented, long maceration, matured for 12 months in 226-litre barrels."
