Made in our house style of simply fermented organic juice with nothing added or taken away. Bottled unfiltered and alive. This edition sees a component of skin soaked Sauvignon Blanc for flavour density, and the gift of Chardonnay to de-tune the fruitful nature of Sauv. "A bouquet filled with scents of lemons and preserved apricots, these a suggestion of lemon curd then peach, poached apple and grappa. Crisp, textured and dry on the palate with a delicate spritz quality, flavours that reflect the bouquet, a decent acid line and layers of lees complexities. Natural, fresh and enticing. Best drinking from day or purchase through 2027+."

"A white blend, from ‘natural’ wine pioneers in Martinborough. A hazy pale lemon-straw in the glass. Vibrant, summery aromas of pineapple, melon, lemon curd and red apple on the nose. More citrus, plus oatmeal and almond into the palate. A delicious nip of phenolics and plenty of energy flow through the palate. Some weight and density here, with a gravelly minerality amongst the juiciness. The finish also has a little creaminess coming in, with a sweetening finish."
