Winery notes (2023 Vintage)
"Lemonade Cake is back with an aromatic upgrade: Gewürztraminer! Sauvignon blanc! Pinot noir! Pinot gris! Chardonnay! Riesling!
She’s a textural orange wine/rose combination, retaining Nelsons acidity and phenolic structure we love so much. Now under crown seal for easy access – from lunchtime day sessions, to a more complex rose during those long summer meals. This vintage of lemonade cake is here for you.
Notes of rose water, white peach, raspberries, grapefruit and Moroccan spice. As always- organic, dry farmed, wild fermentation, unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfur at bottle."

"A “fruit salad wine” where as each varietal was picked, it would be added to the blend. Led by skin-contact Gewurztraminer and whole bunch pressed Sauvignon Blanc but including every varietal they process during the vintage. So there’s also Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Riesling. A touch of funk to this harvest wine, but also a crunch of cranberry, orange peel and sarsparilla."
