Bottega Vinai Pinot Grigio from Cavit is a refined expression of the renowned Trentino cooperative’s expertise. Cavit, a collective of over 5000 winegrowers across 6,350 hectares of vineyard, brings together generations of viticultural knowledge and dedication. This Pinot Grigio is grown in two distinctive areas north of Lake Garda: Roverè della Luna and Valle dei Laghi. These regions benefit from unique microclimates and mineral-rich soils.

Crafted from 100% Pinot Grigio, the wine exudes fresh and vibrant aromas of green apple, pear, and a hint of citrus. The palate showcases a delightful balance of crisp acidity and a smooth, elegant finish. Its versatility makes it a wonderful pairing with light appetizers, seafood dishes, and fresh salads.
