"AIX Rosé is a harmonious blend from Provence, crafted with meticulous attention to detail at every step of the process. Using carefully selected grapes, we follow delicate pressing with low-temperature fermentation to preserve the wine’s freshness and subtle aromas.

Our blend of organic grapes is cultivated using sustainable practices, respecting the environment and preserving local biodiversity. AIX Rosé is crafted from a carefully selected blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault, the emblematic grape varieties of Provence. Each grape contributes to the wine’s signature balance and elegance. Grenache brings structure and generous notes of ripe red berries, while Syrah adds depth and a delicate touch of spice. Cinsault, known for its finesse, enhances the blend with freshness and subtle floral aromas.

"Another classic and enticing expression from the AIX stable. Fresh red apple and yellow plum scents laced with a granitic minerality and peach. It’s also floral and delicate. Crisp and dry, salivating and tense, flavours mirror the bouquet with peach and plum then citrus and floral contrasts. Balanced and well made, dry on the finish with fine tannins for added texture. Best drinking from day of purchase through end of summer 2027."
